During his engagement he started to handle our corporate papers without the permission of the Board of Directors from his office and my personal papers without my authorization. During several months he acted as what I believed was a " de facto" lawyer of the corporation without permission of the board of directors or stockholders. He hide for us that the corporation had the Quick books on line and just giving us copies.It took three years to take the case to a court room, both parties had asked for a Jury Trial instead of a Bench Trial(For most plaintiffs, a trial by jury( when available)is a better choice for a number of reason. We returned to the Court room and I never saw nobody in the jury box that seems to very strange, I didn't know it was already changed by my my attorney to a Bench Trial, and manipulated to leave the Court Room.
