Biography
Cindy is a native of the Rio Grande Valley. She is a graduate from La Feria High School, the University of Texas at Austin and Texas Tech University School of Law.
A top graduate from LFHS, Cindy went on to obtain a Bachelor in English and Teaching Certificate from the University of Texas at Austin. Cindy spent four years teaching and coaching at the high school level before she returned to school at Texas Tech. At Texas Tech University, Cindy graduated with her Master of Business Administration from the School of Business and her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the School of Law. She became licensed to practice law in the State of Texas in November 2006.
Cindy spent her first 10 years of practice with one of the largest firms in the Rio Grande Valley. She has spent over a decade working in Business Law, Estate Planning and Probate, Elder Law, Family Law, School Law and Auto Accidents.
