Biography
I have practiced law since 1999, primarily commercial litigation and appeals. After practicing as both outside and as in-house counsel for 13 years in Houston, Texas, I moved to South Texas and developed a partnership, Smith Haley Nobles. Now, after 19 years of practice, I am excited to launch my own firm, Haley Law Firm, PLLC. I represent commercial clients in trial and appellate courts throughout the United States, primarily Texas.

The parties litigated their claims in an adversary action until settling in 2016 on terms very beneficial to Posada.
Successfully represented Diamond in a suit against SSI, alleging product liability, breach of contract, fraud, breach of warranty related to unintentional release of lifeboat hooks.
