About Lucia
Biography
Lucia M. Ceaser grew up in Weslaco, Texas and returned to the Rio Grande Valley upon graduating from Texas Tech School of Law. Her areas of practice include representing clients in wrongful death, trucking, and commercial vehicle cases.
After graduating from The Science Academy of South Texas, Lucia received her Bachelor of Arts in political science with a minor in sociology from the University of Texas-Pan American.
Lucia received her law degree from Texas Tech School of Law in 2010. During law school, Lucia served as a Hispanic Law Student Association Officer, made the Dean's List, and received the Jurisprudence Award for Academic Excellence for Advance Legal Research and Immigration. Additionally, Lucia was awarded American Bar Association Litigation Fellowship and a Texas Access to Justice Fellowship to clerk with Texas RioGrande Legal Aid.
Lucia is licensed to practice law in all state courts of Texas, as well as in the United States District courts for the Southern Districts of Texas. She enjoys volunteering with local pro-bono clinics and cooking exotic foods.
