Abel Hinojosa

I hired this lawyer for 2 cases he made my cases a living hell and did everything imaginable for a malpractice suit. I can not see my kids and he blocked me from lowering my child support. He gave wrong court dates and postponed my cases for almost 3 years on purpose and stole $6000 from me this croo...k. He turned the Judges against me because he personally knows them and they are friends. He is an evil man.

Hired Mr. Hinojosa and was told he can help with case and as hearings came nothing he said to us in consult he could do. He gave excuse after excuse as to why he couldn't do what he told he could do. The laws as to why he said he couldn't all of a sudden do did nt randomly change so he pretty much t...old us what we wante to hear to hire him. Save your money and hire an attorney that actullay either gives a crap about his clients or cares about winning his cases cause this guy is exactly whag I hired Mr Hinojosa for a child custody case, i regret it! I payed him $8000 and he did nothing to help me! He was too 'friendly' with the opposing attorney and was not getting me any results. Is as if i was paying him to make things easier for my ex husband. I had to hire another attorney to represent me 2 months before our hearing! Please do not trust Mr Hinojosa, he will only take your money and do nothing to help you. Opposing attorney said he was and here we are today no results and totally in the hole.
