Robert Ray Flores

Attorney Robert R. Flores is a versatile and driven lawyer with a passion for serving his clients.  Robert was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley of deep south Texas. A graduate of Edinburg High School, he received his bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Texas – Pan American, and his law degree from Texas Southern University. Mr Flores is licensed to practice law in both state and federal court, a certified mediator and professional consultant to land developers, contractors, and insurance recovery cases.

Attorney Robert Flores has a rich history in his bloodlines.  From decorated war veterans and public servants, to legendary writers.  Mr. Flores is also a direct descendant of writer and poet Charles Dickens, whose superb literary works include: The Pickwick Papers; Oliver Twist; A Christmas Carol; David Copperfield; Hard Times; A Tale of Two Cities, and Great Expectations, just to name a few.  “It’s no mystery I have a passion for writing, which resonates in my motion practice,” says Flores. “It helps me understand so many different viewpoints and angles.”
