Hired Jaime Cavazos over a year ago (Oct.2018) for a motion to modify my child support custody agreement. Paid 2500, after over 10+ court date reschedules, and my child support arrears ballooning to over 8500 for a child that has been living with me 8+ years. Jaime was unable to do anything he promis...ed would get resolved. He was unable to stop my child support from accruing to 8500+, he was unable to get me custody of my daughter, even though she lived with me now and has for over 8+ years, and hasn't seen mom in almost 2 years. He was unable to get me any back pay child support or any future child support. He was unable to get to adequately represent me and my daughter. From what should have been an easy slam dunk case turned into something out of a horror story. I should have hired the opposing attorney. He was able to get everything he wanted and more. I am now out 2500+ , and I still owe 8500+ in back pay child support for a child that lives with me now and has for the past 8+ years. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere for representation. This is currently a $11000+ review. I am still responsibly for future child support payments for my daughter that lives with me. So, by the time this is said and done. It'll be 20k+ review.
