First of Mr.Banker was able to obtain bail for me in a Federal court,aftr that DEA was harassing my girl friend he put a barrier whr thy couldn't come with in 100 ft. frm me or my family.Once he had all the details of the case ,he already knew hw much time I ws going to do ,more or less.He sat down w...ith me on various ocassions,explaining to me in detail the Federal guidelines,so i can more less understand wht i ws facing with my case: trafficking 500kilo grams or more with intend to distribute in a school zone...once it ws all said and done he asked me questions and he figured out that he can remove all the materials tht were used to conceal the controlled substance and tht would make the dope weight 493kilo grms. Mking it fall under a smaller guide line sentence...with NO COOPERATION WITH U.S. DA office .He explained to me tht I ws looking at 30-36months but tht mapping it all out he told I would only serve 9-14months which is really a slap in the hand .I went to court I ws sentence to 30 months which sure sounded better than 5yrs.well on those 30 he told me ...i will arrange for you to self surrender to a prison close to your family that has a RDAP DRUG PROGRAM...so upon taking this program knocks off 1 yr off your 1st sentence for non violent drug offenders,so out of 30-12=18 And the he said 6months half way house leaves you at 1yr exactly....so all in all I server 1yr...of my sentence incacerated....which is like I said better than a 5yr sentence ,you do the math....I would defiantly recommend his representation to any one facing a state or Federal Drug Offence....

Highly skilled attorney in jury trial

I was charged with capital murder back in 2013 after Mr.banker took me out with his signature bond we went to court got me 10 yrs deferred probation and resecently I've picked up about 4misdimeneior and hes inttellegence doesn't let me get revoke I really recommend this highly skilled attorney in fed...eral and state cases
