A True Tejano Lawyer. He literally saved my life!!! The United States of America VS. The Republic of Texas; Mark Anthony Hernandez After a Trial that lasted a month and a half - Complete Vindication! INNOCENT OF ALL CHARGES!!! Those were the sweetest words I ever read and heard, from all the Media on that day! Needless to say, if you ever find yourself in need of any legal help I highly recommend the Law Offices of Charles Banker III! Mr. Charles Banker, A Man After GOD'S Heart, and A Man who knows and feels the pain of A Father who loves his children!'

Mr. Banker helped me in living a life with my child that for a moment was almost taken from me forever, He stood by me and believed in me the day he met me. A false accusation that could of sentence me to 2-20 years was worked by my lawyer Charles in his efforts of dissecting the evidence that expos...ed the truth, through his professional experience, he comfort me in being positive, and prayed with me through this unbelievable walk in my life that I wish no man will go through. Mr. Banker was by my side through the whole process in court and he was always alert in letting me know what we needed to do and hit it head on. Our Faith in God and Our Prayers exposed the truth and though at times the wait in seeing my child was painful, I knowing Christ and knowing The Prayer Warrior that Charles Banker was I new that we would get the victory with solid facts that Mr. Banker worked hard to get. In the end,, I as I waited on the day of our court, I never even faced the judge, only because of the evidence that My Great Lawyer Charles Banker had and the Law Agencies that he subpoena, all had evidence that I was innocent, that weekend that followed, I WAS ABLE TO SEE MY CHILD!! A visit that touch my heart beyond any visit I had ever encountered, A hug and a kiss that I had missed for such a long time and a relief of knowing how life can take you away from your love ones.
