Tax Review

The last thing you ever want to deal with is the IRS. Daniel can assist you with any issues your having with them and take the stress away from what pain they can cause.

Great negotiator!

Mr. Cotts negotiated a payment plan on my behalf with the IRS. It was a great weight lifted from my shoulders when I learned my looming debt was reduced to a manageable, affordable payment plan! Thanks Daniel!

Daniel Cotts solved my Federal Tax dilemma

I filed our 2022 Federal income taxes electronically using a reputable tax software. My form was flagged and more information was requested - which I submitted. After several months of going back and forth, I requested Mr. Cotts assistance. He was wonderful. In just a few minutes he identified the p...roblem and corrected the form. I was then able to mail in my state tax return and have now received the appropriate refund from the federal return and the state return.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
