also known as Victor, Esh
Victor understands the struggles of families. It is at the core of how he practices. When a family must be reshaped, he understands the emotional struggle this causes. He seeks to resolve conflicts in the most efficient way by reaching agreements where they can be made. When an agreement can’t be reached, he is not shy about going to the Courthouse and litigating to achieve results.
Victor enlisted in the United States Marine Corps out of High School. He served on Active Duty for four years. During this time, he had the humbling experience of meeting and making friends with a diverse group of brothers – many of whom remain an influence in his life today. He received numerous medals for superior performance during his service. Upon leaving active duty, he returned to his immediate family in NorthWest Arkansas where he attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. Upon completion of his undergraduate work, he received his Bachelor's in Business Administration with an emphasis in Information Systems at the top of his class. He then went on to get his Juris Doctorate at the same university. While in Law School, he was active in many organizations including serving as the student Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Islamic Law and Culture.
Upon leaving Law School, he and his family relocated back to his home state of Texas. He started his career as a title attorney in real estate. He then went on to build a successful litigation practice in the Dallas Metroplex.
He is a skilled litigator and practices in the area of probate, probate litigation, insurance defense, and family law. He is a Certified Mediator in Family matters and a Certified Parenting Facilitator / Coordinator. He is trained as a collaborative law professional in family law.

Client Review
James Esh did an excellent job. He seemed to really care and he kept us very informed along every step of the way
"I endorse this lawyer. James is very professional and a zealous advocate for his clients. He is an outstanding attorney and advocate."
"I endorse this lawyer. James is very helpful to other attorneys and is very knowledgeable in the area of family law--an asset to the legal community."
"I have had the pleasure of working with James on two cases - first as an opposing counsel, and second as a sort of co-counsel when our clients could not be represented by one attorney. Both times, James was courteous, professional, and respectful while remaining a strong advocate. It was clear to me that he was diligent in his research and passionate in the representation of his clients. I am happy to endorse James, and I would (and have) recommend him to others."
