Do not hire this joker. You can not get through to him because he is never in the office. He is late to hearings and appointments. He will tell you he will do something but does another and no follow through. You never see him after he gets your money and his staff does all the work. It's attorne...ys like him that give the profession a bad name.

It's heart breaking that I wasn't heard. I said what I wanted as the client, but I was gas-lighted the whole time, if that was what I really wanted. It seemed like my case was just not important enough or too impossible to win for $5000 dollars. Believe me there were times I did not want to pay..but ...it's all done. It didn't help overhearing a conversation with the other lawyer on the phone. The other parties' lawyer called out Bobby-saying that I was just going to give the other party what he wanted and make a deal already when I had been specific in what I wanted with witnesses with me. Bobby looked caught and said he didn't recall that, but the other lawyer was like, "No, you did" and reiterate the conversation. He may work wonders for others, but he did not for me. I've already accepted all that has come to pass but I'm a dissatified client based on my one year experience with this lawyer and his paralegal, Brian. I'd give no Stars, but had to leave one. Good luck to others on their cases. Case closed for me.
