Being from Pennsylvania, we knew no lawyers in Texas. Our son was accused of sexual assault and... was looking at up to 20 years if convicted. We believe beyond a shadow of doubt, Mr. Bourlon was chosen for us by God. Bobby Bourlon was a blessing from the beginning to the end of the journey. He loves Criminal Law and loves the Lord. He and his assistant, Ben Saenz, took our son’s case personally. They believed in our son’s innocence and went all out to prove it. They are fierce defenders for truth and justice. When we went to trial, Mr. Bourlon took command of the courtroom displaying his profound knowledge of the law. He showed upmost respect for the Judge and Prosecutor of San Patricio County, Texas, but proved he was the best of the best as a Defensive Lawyer. Ben Saenz was tremendous as well from start to finish. He showed why he is Mr. Bourlon’s right hand man. He spent many, many hours going through the case and files. He never left a call from us go unanswered even if it meant he’d called us back from his home. We remember a time when Ben returned our call while standing in line to get a prescription for his family. His calming influence was needed several times, and he never failed to reassure us. Lastly, but not least, we want to thank Mr.Bourlon’s office staff including his wife Gracie. We will never forget how Gracie cried when she heard the great news…NOT guilty. Brian and Bonito were so happy for our family also. Together they all make a wonderful team for the people who need their help in a very trying time. Don’t be afraid to go to this team for help!
