rip off

I hired him to represent me and he would not answer calls and I think I gave him more than 2000.00 total. Every time i spoke with him on the phone he needed more money to work on the case. I was on fixed income at the time and used all of my 401K to pay his retainer.

review

Kirby Roberts took $200.00 from my mother in law, promising to write a letter to the people who were trying to basically steal her dead husband's property in Brownwood, Texas. Being that Texas is a community property state, this should have been a "no brainer" case and Mr. Roberts easily could have ...handled the situation for her. Instead, he took the $200 of her fixed social security income and now refuses to take her calls and has moved out of his Brownwood,Texas office.

Not trustworthy

We gave Kirby Roberts a $1000 retainer to start a case against our contractor. He never even sent a letter to the contractor. Approximately 5 or 6 months later, after numerous emails and calls to him, he sent a letter stating he would return the money and never sent it. Essentially he took $1000 ...from us.
