My uncle used the Voeller Law firm to plan his estate management. After he passed, I had a few questions about managing his affairs. Since I live in a different state, I was concerned about the process of hiring an unknown attorney to help with the settlement process. With only an hour of consultation, she provided great guidance on the overall process and specific actions still required, and they are actions I can take with little or no additional consultation. In particular transferring ownership of a car that is titled in the deceased name can be tricky. Rebecca provided all the forms and specifics of the process to get the car re-titled.
