Zachary O. Luce

Zach Luce is currently handling our auto accident case. I was referred to him by a family member who had a wonderful experience with him, and after doing my research I decided to select him and his firm DLG Luce. My case is not one that is going result in a million dollar verdict, but from our firs...t conversation over the phone I could tell that he genuinely cared to help me and my sister receive the best results, regardless of the amount of money he will end up making. He immediately got me in touch with the right care providers and handled my hospital bills. He gave me all the direction I needed on what to tell the insurance companies so they wouldn't trick me into giving them a statement and has been in direct communication with them on my behalf ever since. His team is also very helpful and they never make me feel like I am bothering them or act too busy to help me out. Mr. Luce has prepared me for what is to come and I feel very comfortable knowing that he is not afraid to go to trial if necessary. I trust his judgment because everything he has suggested so far has turned out better than I expected. Hiring an attorney was an overwhelming thought for me when I had my accident. My sister also had no idea what to do because she lives in Mexico and is not familiar with the insurance system and the scams we would have encountered had we not hired an attorney and handled it ourselves. Mr. Luce and his team communicate with my sister (they are all bilingual!) to keep her updated on the status of the case, even though she is in another country. I think a lot of people are scared to hire an attorney to handle their case because they don't know what to expect. All I can say is that after working with other attorneys for different types of cases I finally understand WHY it is important to stand up for yourself and having Zach Luce on your side certainly gives you the upper hand. Don't be fooled by the large firms you see on tv. They will not be able to show you the amount of attention and care that you will get with Zach Luce at DLG Luce Salazar.

After terminating the services of a large law firm who was initially handling my case I was referred to Zach Luce. After a couple of meetings I hired Zach as I found him to have the ability to be Professionally Aggressive when he needed to be in the manner he handled my case. His attention to detail... combined with his knowledge of the law regarding PI I found to be very helpful as he proposed and lead me through the strategy he would use in developing the details of my case. He was always timely in keeping me abreast of where we were in terms of the overall case timeline. Not only would he email me with updates, he would also call to check on how I was doing in general. He gave me the freedom to talk through the case in terms of my questions and my overall understanding of the case. At the end of the day we were more successful than I had expected and hoped we would be. Since the case, I have called him a few times to inquire about a variety of issues and he has always returned my calls and made time for my inquiries. Should I need any legal services there is no one else I would turn to except Zach Luce.

Hired Mr. Luce to represent me in a easy no Brainer case in jp court. I Paid him lots of money. Luce did not file counter claim properly in the proper court. He filed in jp court where limit is $10 G when my counterclaim was over that ceiling. Luce forgot to pay the filing fee. The judge told us i...n court that the clerk called Luce office 3 times to pay the counterclaim fee of $40. But Luce never paid it or responded to the court. Luce NEVER kept me informed, NEVER did any discovery, lost my file and exhibits and contacted me less than 2 days before the trial began. Luce NEVER showed up for trial and sent an inexperienced attorney to court (licensed 2 years with no court experience). I hired Luce to represent me. Not an atty with no experience and should not be any where near a courtroom. The atty could hardly speak, he was scared to death, didnt even know how to speak or ask questions. This guy should be a law clerk or a corporate atty that reviews documents but never goes to court. I felt extremely sorry and embarrassed for this atty. He was a very nice man but had no earthly idea what he was doing. He was scared and visibly shaken during and after this trial. What Luce did to both the inexperienced atty and myself was totally wrong and unexcusable. Following the disastrous case Mr. Luce lost for me, LUCE would not answer my calls, return my calls or emails which he is required to do by law. I now need to hire another attorney to appeal my case or pay a large judgment against me. I would never recommend this law firm or Luce unless you want to lose money and lose even a simple court case. I would rate him and his firm a zero if it was an option.
