Zachary O. Luce

I HIGHLY Recommend Attorney Zachary O'Neal Luce. His Firm and Staff are very patient and professional. I was in a terrible auto accident that destroyed my GMC Yukon. We were luck to survive the crash. I suffered some injuries and was referred to outstanding doctors and rehabilitation that got me ...back on my feet again. I was able to recover and get back to normal life within a relatively short period after the accident. I cannot say enough about Mr. Luce and the way his Firm attended to my every need to include winning my case. The large settlement I received was nice but I feel it's secondary to the way I was treated by Mr. Luce and the Firm during this difficult time in my life. It's hard to say how important that part is during difficult times and hard to put a price on great customer service and compassion.

I have never needed to look for a lawyer and when I did, I called one on my own and one a good friend of mine referred to me, the choice after talking to both was clear and easy. After speaking to Mr. Luce on the phone he was very sympathetic to my health and came to my home and spoke to me and expla...ined everything in detail of what was to happen or be expected. He even went so far as to ask if i needed anything prior to his visit and after, as i could not drive due to my physical condition at the time. Mr. Luce was very courteous and not overbearing or pushy, he was very understanding and made no attempt to pressure me into hiring him at all. The time my case played out, was a long waiting game and he was very good at keeping me informed and explaining in detail what was going on. I was very pleased with the outcome of my case and the way it was handle by himself and his staff. If for some reason I ever needed a lawyer in the future, i would not hesitate to go with Mr. Zach Luce, and would refer him to anyone I know who may be in need of a lawyer.

I have used this firm for over five years and have had nothing but the best experiences. From the first accident i had, Mr Luce was very clear in explaining everything to me. After terminating the services of a large law firm who was initially handling my case I was referred to Zach Luce. After a couple of meetings I hired Zach as I found him to have the ability to be Professionally Aggressive when he needed to be in the manner he handled my case. His attention to detail... combined with his knowledge of the law regarding PI I found to be very helpful as he proposed and lead me through the strategy he would use in developing the details of my case. He was always timely in keeping me abreast of where we were in terms of the overall case timeline. Not only would he email me with updates, he would also call to check on how I was doing in general. He gave me the freedom to talk through the case in terms of my questions and my overall understanding of the case. At the end of the day we were more successful than I had expected and hoped we would be. Since the case, I have called him a few times to inquire about a variety of issues and he has always returned my calls and made time for my inquiries. Should I need any legal services there is no one else I would turn to except Zach Luce.

Hired Mr. Luce to represent me in a easy no Brainer case in jp court. I Paid him lots of money. Luce did not file counter claim properly in the proper court. He filed in jp court where limit is $10 G when my counterclaim was over that ceiling. Luce forgot to pay the filing fee. The judge told us i...n court that the clerk called Luce office 3 times to pay the counterclaim fee of $40. But Luce never paid it or responded to the court. Luce NEVER kept me informed, NEVER did any discovery, lost my file and exhibits and contacted me less than 2 days before the trial began. Luce NEVER showed up for trial and sent an inexperienced attorney to court (licensed 2 years with no court experience). I hired Luce to represent me. Not an atty with no experience and should not be any where near a courtroom. The atty could hardly speak, he was scared to death, didnt even know how to speak or ask questions. This guy should be a law clerk or a corporate atty that reviews documents but never goes to court. I felt extremely sorry and embarrassed for this atty. He was a very nice man but had no earthly idea what he was doing. He was scared and visibly shaken during and after this trial. What Luce did to both the inexperienced atty and myself was totally wrong and unexcusable. Following the disastrous case Mr. Luce lost for me, LUCE would not answer my calls, return my calls or emails which he is required to do by law. I now need to hire another attorney to appeal my case or pay a large judgment against me. I would never recommend this law firm or Luce unless you want to lose money and lose even a simple court case. I would rate him and his firm a zero if it was an option.
