Depositions are much less formal. Basically, you will have to answer lots of questions from the other side's attorney.

Just foreclose. Bankruptcy will not allow them to keep the house that they have defaulted on.

That's good advice. That sounds rough but you need to do your community service. People are pretty rude in jail, as well.
