Biography
Jessica Rodriguez received a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University in Physics Teaching (2002), a Master's of Education from the University of Phoenix (2009) and taught high school advanced placement physics for 9 years before pursuing a law degree from St. Mary's University (J.D., 2017). She was admitted to the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society, graduated magna cum laude, was inducted into the John M. Harlan Society for graduating in the top 10% of her class, and was was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2018.
Since becoming licensed, she has specialized in nursing home abuse and neglect cases and complex medical malpractice cases against doctors and hospitals, including birth injuries, surgical errors, failure to diagnose, medication errors, etc. She also has experience handling personal injury cases, including car accidents, trucking accidents, slip and fall injuries, on-the-job injuries, sexual assault claims, and wrongful death claims. She is a member of the San Antonio Bar Association, San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice. She is fluent in Spanish and is a dedicated advocate striving for justice for her clients.
