So at this point your complaint is that they mowed and got grass on your vehicle?? I dont see any real claim or complaint worth pursuing.

Make them take you to eviction court and prove thier case, anything else is them trying to convince you to leave on your own.

I tend to agree that this is a scam, but you also say you have met her twice... it may still be a scam. Was there sex or inappropriate talk/acts?

You will have to contact them to ask. Each attny /firm handles thier business the way they choose to.

If you can find an attny that will agree to that you can, but I highly doubt that you will be able to. Generally most cases do not get fully paid...
