I was nervous about choosing an attorney. I haven't ever needed one. I was also surprised at the retainer that most attorneys charge. Xalli Gonzales allowed a payment plan that worked with my income. What I really liked is that she explained how billing works with an attorney who charges an hourly ra...te. She knew I was tight on money. I was never surprised by a bill because she discussed it with me each step of the way. I was also nervous about showing up to court. Mrs. Gonzales made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Everything was resolved promptly and painlessly.

I had an attorney who did nothing for me but lose my right to see my son. I fired the old and hired Xalli Gonzales. She wasn't the cheapest but she explained exactly what she intended to do and put me on a payment plan that I could live with. We recently had our final hearing and she won back my stan...dard visitations with my son. I don't know what I would have done without her. My other attorney showed up to my final hearing with a motion to withdraw. Xalli was there, took over the case, and we won everything back. On responsiveness I didn't rate her as excellent because it takes her about 24 hours to return a call. But it is actually HER that calls and not an assistant so I guess that is still pretty good.
