We met with him once to provide him with all pertinent information and again to finalize the process.. Everything was in order and the process was easy, clear and prompt. He did not leave anyth...ing out that we had previously planned and discussed. He stayed in contact with us between the two visits and was very flexible with our meeting schedules.
