NO NO JUST NO NO. Don't! THE WORST ATTORNEY IN SAN ANTONIO PERIOD! I Hired Margot to represent me against a patient who fabricated a lie against me. Later I found out the patient is bipolar and schizophrenic. Margot never subpoena the ENTIRE medical records. She never really defended me in court. Co...st me the case and thus I went to jail for 30 days. Made countless promises. Honestly, I think Margot made a deal with the DA. Then I Got a new lawyer(Brian Trentz-EXCELLENT and SMART) who got my case overturned found mounds of information the defended was hiding. Margot just NEVER asked for that information. Law student's know more about the law then Margot. But the damage that Margot caused me to my reputation is lingering and still ongoing. Do yourself a fever NEVER go to this lawyer who claims she is qualified for Federal cases as well. If I could give negative stars I would. I can only imagine all the people she wrongfully jailed. She only cares about the MONEY.

What could have been a long and stressful process was made smooth and straightforward because of her expertise and clear communication. I always felt informed and supported every step... of the way. It's unfortunate that someone who was never her client (my ex) chose to leave a 1-star review simply out of emotion. Their comment says more about their personal frustration with the outcome than it does about Margot’s work. She represented me — and she did it well.
