I been fighting a custody battle for the past 2yrs, this lady spoke to my daughter twice. she stated that she was going to be my daughters voice, and she will tell the judge my daughters feeling, she never told the judge what my daughter told her or what the therapist that is involve with the case, s...he LIE and I could it speak, she wanted to send my daughter with a men that my daughter see like a stranger, this guys never been involve with my child, this lady had to fly to Florida to see the environment and the fathers home, well let me tell you this lady never flue because he did not pay her his half. I don't recommended this lady she is her just for the money she DONT CARE THE CHILD WEALTH . Now my child have to fly up to Florida and she don't want to she cry's every other day. since I told her what they determine my child is not the same.

DeVeau is one of the worst attorneys in San Antonio or in America. She was court appointed to be a voice for my child. DeVeau only met with my daughter 3 times in a span of 2 years. She is only interested in being paid. She gave strict instruction to a therapist involved and to CPS to "skew" the ...information my daughter gave in order to favor the opposing party. Thankfully the judge saw this and immediately dismissed DeVeau from the case. The therapist involved almost lost her license for listening to DeVeau. She still practices law from 1960 and believes that it still applies today. She will make promises verbally and in writing and will boldly say that "you" misunderstood. DeVeau is so anxious in getting paid, that even with a court order 3 year pay schedule - she and her office will call weekly demanding money. Save your money, read a law book, and you will be better qualified than Patricia DeVeau.

Pat was a court appointed attorney in a fight against CPS. She was difficult to contact and never had a strategy to win. She arrived to court on time, made nice with CPS and never fought for me and my child. I'm not sure who she was working for. Not surprisingly, she lost the case. I lost my chi...ld.

Patricia was court appointed amicus for my son. She would never return my calls. Anytime a court date was set she recommended a reschedule every time due to being unprepared and often confused my son's case with her othe cases. Patricia also is very a dinner about forcing child therapy to her frien...d Richard and if I motioned for my own therapist of choice for my son she court ordered this particular friend of hers. And while she was representing my son she was providing the opposing party with legal advise; a conflict of interest.
