Michael B. Thurman is a founding partner and Managing Shareholder of Thurman & Phillips, P.C. (1976). Michael possesses extensive experience in community association, business, corporate, business acquisitions, real estate and construction related matters. His experience comes not only from being a practicing attorney since 1976, but also from his practical experience as a principal and director in various entities engaged in real estate acquisition, development, construction, contracting and retail. Although experienced in a broad spectrum of legal areas, Michael has selectively restricted his primary areas of practice to community associations, restrictions interpretation and enforcement, mechanic’s liens, business and corporate law. Michael represents a large number of community associations in Bexar and surrounding counties, including serving as general counsel for the largest mixed use development in Bexar County.
