You never paid me and we never decided how to proceed. I certainly was not going to commit to any course of action without getting paid first. You owe me and you owe the complainant in your criminal case. In fact, you got hit with a civil judgment in Dallas County Case No. DC-12-03983 in the amount of $1,188,308.88.
