I paid and hired Mr. Martin in 7/2012 to deal with a buyer who signed a temporary lease before she is going to buy my house. This buyer fails to buy my house, pays me no rent, and refuses to move out. Mr. Martin sent 2 letters to the Buyer. The letters did not do anything to get her out. Mr. Martin g...ave me very bad legal advices. I ended up lost an eviction case against her, received no rent or cost of damage when she finally moved out after 1 month (laughing at me). When I called needing legal help, Mr. Martin was never available to help me. I spoke with another lawyer, who told me Mr. Martin did not know what he was doing or I would not ended up in my current situation. If you hire him to take care real estate matter, be prepared to lose money and in court.
