i needed a business visa and after some bad tries, i found this firm. No joke, in 2 weeks i got my application approved because of the smooth and flawless case they created for me. They are extremely knowledgeable on business visas. Gunther is the best lawyer i have ever met so far. He is result orie...nted and detailed lawyer. I worked with attorney Mr. Gunther Chesnut from Mr. Demott's firm, whom Mr. Demott himself recommended. My application was for a permanent residency under the EB-1b "Outstanding Professor and Researcher" category, as well as a PR for my wife as a dependent. Mr. Chesnut worked diligently with me to pr...epare the application, paying close attention to every detail. In addition to compiling the 750 pages of evidence in an organized way, Mr. Chesnut wrote an amazing cover letter that was directly addressed towards each point that USCIS is looking for in an EB-1b application, with references to the appropriate evidence. I believe this made the USCIS officer's job much easier, since it resulted in my I-140 application being approved in 2 days (with premium processing)! Following that, Mr. Chesnut filed my and my wife's I-485, change of status applications. He explained to me exactly what documents were needed and how would USCIS react if some of those documents were missing or incomplete. I worked with Mr. Chesnut to obtain the needed documents and file the applications. Those were approved in another record setting 58 days! The total USCIS processing time for my I-140 and I-485 applications combined was only 60 days! None of my friends or relatives have obtained their LPR that fast, and I know that Mr. Chesnut's work and diligence had a major role to play in it. I had a lot of questions throughout the process, but Mr. Chesnut patiently answered every question and usually responded to my emails within a couple of hours. I also think that given the high-quality of service I received, the fees charged by the firm were very reasonable. I was given an upfront quote before I signed the contract and I didn't have to pay a penny extra in surprise fees. A relative of mine had recommended Mr. Demott's firm to me because of the success he had with Mr. Demott for his PR, and now I'm happy to highly recommend the firm to anyone else.

Dear all, my immigration status was handled by Mr. Demott and I became a citizen with no obstacles back in 2008. When attending a citizenship ceremony I saw Mr. Demott next to Texas judge who granted us all citizenship and was the one who also held a speech I then realized how powerful, respected and... good is Mr. Demott.
