We paid $2800 out of the $5000 that we were going to have to pay to grt my husband his residence. Every single question or doubt that we had we had to pay $50 if we wanted it answered. We were going through a rough patch and didn't have money to keep up with the payments so thry cloved our case and w...ould not give us any sort of refund because apparently then amount we gave was the exact amount for legal fees, or in other words, for talking to us and letting us know of what paperwork needed to be filed out. Mind you, we never got a chance to turn in any kind of paperwork so theyes just kept our money. They did the same thing with my sister, except she paid all herights amount owed. Joseph Demott just kept saying there was nothing else to do but wait. They never did anything but take her money. Do your research, there are other very humble and honest lawyers. My post probably won't make it since it looks like they block negative reviews but it's ok, I will just post it all over Facebook and TWITTER and tell anyone I know about it.

The total USCIS processing time for my I-140 and I-485 applications combined was only 60 days! None of my friends or relatives have obtained their LPR that fast, and I know that Mr. Chesnut's work and diligence had a major role to play in it. I had a lot of questions throughout the process, but Mr. Chesnut patiently answered every question and usually responded to my emails within a couple of hours. I also think that given the high-quality of service I received, the fees charged by the firm were very reasonable. I was given an upfront quote before I signed the contract and I didn't have to pay a penny extra in surprise fees. A relative of mine had recommended Mr. Demott's firm to me because of the success he had with Mr. Demott for his PR, and now I'm happy to highly recommend the firm to anyone else.
