Jeffrey Wayne Linick

Mr. Linick was appointed to me by the Brazos county felony court. He missed the first two court dates, did not return missed calls, and when he did show up for court, he set me up for trial after I explained to him I only wanted a reset, then he withdrew himself from my case, extremely unprofessional... and I would not recommend him to anyone.

I met Jeff in wilson co. When be was appt Atty to my significant other on a bogus felony drug charge which I also was charged with but never bnot to familiar with the court system in wilson co I opted to hire an atty we went thru the whole court thing and on the final day my Atty did not show up so ...Jeff went ahead and stestepped up for me and both of us were gdismissed of all charges.I at that same time was in the middle of another situation that I told Jeff about he told me he could possibly help.A 91 year old man I considered a grandfather was in need .I took care of him for 11 yrs and his family decided to place him in a nursing home and involve the APS of neglect .and abuse against myself of course bogus.( I will call him Mr.B ) Mr B was very angry he called me daily saying get me home not being blood my hands were tied .But I spoke with Jeff about it and he told me what to do I put it into motion immediately .The filu had Mr.B found incompetent,wrong of course I got an appt with a psych Dr .and he found Mr B to be perfectly of soundind the next day Jeff went to see Mr B and was hired and the follow ing day the courts granted Herman the okay to go home .I had. Mr. B stay at the home for 2ore wks while I had the apt he was going to be staying in at my place remodeled for his every comfort and also that APS approved of whom was still in the picture .On Jan 31 2012 Mr B came home to me and I am not sure who was Nappier myself or Mr.B.That day and the look on Mr B's face will be iny mind forever because that was also.B's birthday.Mr.B passed the following yr 2013 in April . But thanks to Jeff he spent it that last yr home with me where he wanted to be. As for myself I could never thank Jeff. Enough for that ,Mr B meant the world to me and.God Bless you Jeff Linick. U.
