James David Guess

Jim Guess has tried lawsuits in the State and Federal Courts of the state of Texas for over 30 years.  He has focused his practice on products liability, aviation, and general negligence.  He has extensive experience in defending personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits, as well as commercial and major property damage lawsuits.

   Mr. Guess is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, a sustaining member of the Product Liability Advisory Council, Inc., a Past President of the Texas Association of Defense Cousel, and he has served on the Board of Directors of the Defense Research Institute and Defense Trial Lawyers Association.
