If he can walk and talk he can do some type of community service. Apparently he is good with people since he survived as a panhandler

Probably not. Your attorney knows the system and the DA provided by law to your attorney all evidence they had against you

Go online a look it up. There are numerous offenses classified as a class A misdemeanor
