You need a lawyer to represent you and an investigator to go out and get witness statements from these people and to make sure they show up at court

A judge just says go to the jail to sign papers and then have to spen 1 night for court cost how do i find out if time served

You can request same from the court clerk or sheriff department, but it sounds like to get to serve one day and judgment is satisfied
