Lane Diamond is an accomplished personal injury attorney with over 15 years of experience representing clients in a wide range of legal matters. He founded Lane Diamond, PLLC in San Antonio, Texas, in 2023. Lane is dedicated to advocating for individuals affected by personal injuries, specializing in car wrecks and other serious injury cases. His client-centered approach and deep understanding of personal injury law allow him to deliver effective and compassionate representation to those in need.

Lane holds both a Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Houston Law Center and an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business, both completed in 2001. This dual degree equips him with a unique blend of legal and financial expertise, enhancing his ability to handle complex injury cases involving financial damages. Prior to his legal studies, Lane earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.

Before establishing his firm in 2023, Lane served as Of Counsel with Herrman & Herrman, P.L.L.C. for nearly eight years, providing legal guidance in complex personal injury cases. He also held the role of Attorney Manager at Thomas J. Henry Injury Attorneys, where he managed high-stakes injury cases and built a strong reputation within the San Antonio legal community.

His background also includes diverse experience in corporate and commercial law. As Corporate Counsel for Northstar Healthcare, Inc. in Houston, he advised on compliance, regulatory issues, and corporate governance. Prior to this, he worked with Ashby, LLP, offering strategic legal guidance across industries including energy, construction, and real estate.

In addition to his legal practice, Lane has contributed to legal education as an Adjunct Professor of Business Law at San Jacinto College, teaching Business and Online Commerce Law courses.
