Matt received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University before getting his law degree from Penn State Dickinson School of Law. Prior to joining Estorga Johnson Law Firm, Matt served as general counsel in the healthcare industry in the San Antonio and South Texas area.
Matt has experience handling legal issues in a variety of areas of law including: healthcare, business, contracts, real estate, and employment/HR, and understands how important it is for a business's lawyer to not only understand the law, but how the law impacts the business, its employees, and its goals.

Not for family law
Mr Johnson while I must admit is caring and had the best intentions would not be who I’d turn to family law. Lacks experience in the court room. Hard to reach and everything was always last minute. Missed contempt filings. His strengths and forte are healthcare law and business but not family law...

Good counsel for healthcare concerns
Received a notice that I was under investigation by the medical board. Contacted Mr. Johnson and he was very prompt in initiating the process of counsel. Very quick to respond during the process. Had a great outcome in the case. Would recommend Mr. Johnson for healthcare related issues.
