Lisa Solis

If there was an option to give no stars, I would give no stars. I hired Lisa Solis for an (informal marriage) divorce case, retainer fee $3,500. She is very incompetent, gives poor legal advice, and does nothing for you on your case. When my spouse was served papers, she requested $2,500 more to st...ay on the case because my spouse hired an attorney. My spouse and I reconciled a month later from filing, and we both signed an agreed motion to dismiss without prejudice and filed it through the court. Ms. Solis then sent me emails requesting an urgent replenishment of $5,000 to stay on the case. For what? We have reconciled; we want to dismiss the case. She sent me more emails stating she is going to withdraw herself from the case and she is going to set a hearing. Well, the hearing day came, and she was very unprepared. She asked to step out of the hearing to make a phone call to my spouse's attorney and had no luck. She then, decided to join a zoom meeting and stated she was just going to put in an order for a withdrawal. She provided poor communication, lack of professionalism and knowledge, bills for vague services. I would NOT recommend this attorney to anyone. RED FLAGS.
