Well, I need to start by saying that I had no clue what a beast it is to file a Workers Compensation Claim. I tried as long as I could to personally oversea my claim and the process of my claim. They set up expectations early on and told me to hold on tight and that I was about to enter into a volatile game of "prove my injury and honesty." They were right on the money. It is incredible that we, the injured employees, need to fight for the rights that were supposed to protect us in these cases. I will admit that the wait is frustrating and nerve racking, but it is of no fault of my attorney and staff.
