Aida Rojas

I would like to thank Aida and her staff for granting me the biggest piece of mind. It's been a long custody battle but Aida and her office made it go with ease. I don't understand what others are saying about the lack of communication. Aida and her office have constantly been in contact with me and ...let me know exactly where my funds were going. Even the day before hearings I was called and weeks prior as well. Documentation was sent and received in a very timely manner. I've yet to meet an attorney as strong as Aida and as knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her services for anyone needing a family attorney. Thank you Aida and Alisha and Maria for all that you did for me and my child.

1. Mrs. Rojas does NOT communicate well with her clients - takes your money and leaves you wondering what's going on, and left many questions unanswered. 2. When expressing I feared for my safety I was told to "wait it out" or "call police" 3. Most emails were addressed to my ex-husband and "cc...'d" with me. I was referred to as "your wife" - because apparently my name doesn't matter. (I was her client) 4. Sarcastic and rude. When confronted about it, she did not apologize, but told me I could get a different lawyer to finish the job. 5. DID NOT EVEN FILE MY DECREE WITH THE COURT - I called to obtain a certified copy of my decree and the district clerk's office had ZERO record of my decree. Mrs. Rojas had the decree signed by the judge and emailed it back to me, but never filed it. When explaining the situation to her office I was told they did what they were supposed to do. This left me to take matters into my own hands and file it myself. I am currently waiting for the notarized affidavit to submit with the decree, but was told by her office staff member that he was busy and would get to it when he could. I have PAID over $2k for a service that has NOT been completed.

This lawyer seemed so concerned when i went in for a consultation, and also gave me her cell phone number and told me that i could text her at any time,after hours,when i did ,she literally cursed me out.She was a fake and a very smooth talker and if you hire her,you are making a huge mistake and you... will regret it.I paid her over $7000 and she did so very little, she is a total rip off and i gave her everything i had in my savings account and then she had enough nerve to send me a final bill,for what,she never did anything or returned none of my phone calls,i never heard from her about anything, unless she wanted more money,that is all she is after and then all she did was flirt,when we did go to court, please be aware,she is not going to represent you well.

I hired aida for a custody, divorce and division of property. Charged $60 just for a consult. Then charged $3000 retainer fee. Dragged the court dates on for ever. Almost 2 years meanwhile charging for every court appearance, calls and so on. I was fighting for my family home since my ex was about to... lose it to foreclosesure. Didn't bother letting me know I couldn't sell it since he filed bankruptcy. Forgets where she leaves paperwork and asks repeadetly to resend her info. Doesn't look into what the other party is providing. Just agrees with whatever they say. Come on just because he says I don't have any money doesn't make it so. Do your job and make the calls you bill for.
