Last year I came to see Ms. Rojas because no other attorney would help me get custody of my children because I did not have any money to hire someone. Ms. Rojas took my case pro bono and never once asked me to pay for anything. We went to a jury trial that lasted about two weeks and we WON! I hired aida for a custody, divorce and division of property. Charged $60 just for a consult. Then charged $3000 retainer fee. Dragged the court dates on for ever. Didn't bother letting me know I couldn't sell it since he filed bankruptcy. Forgets where she leaves paperwork and asks repeadetly to resend her info. Doesn't look into what the other party is providing. Just agrees with whatever they say. Come on just because he says I don't have any money doesn't make it so. Do your job and make the calls you bill for.
