Samuel Whitney Royston

Due to major medical errors by my orthopedic surgeon, I am now living with the most painful chronic disease known to mankind. Our land/property attorney referred me to Samuel W. Royston to handle a medical malpractice case for me. We received NO communication from him for almost a year, other than th...rough our property attorney. He never followed through with anything and deserves no less then a ZERO star rating. Because of his unprofessional attitude and lack communication, our case lapsed past the time when it was no longer a viable case. When he finally met with us, it was simply to apologize for not doing his job and to inform us that our time to file a suit had passed. Of course we were cognizant that there was a time limit, therefore our experience with Mr. Royston was an exercise in futility from beginning to end. Both my husband and myself would strongly suggest that you look elsewhere for an attorney.
