Dennis L. Moreno

Dennis was recommended to us by another attorney involved in our CPS case trying to adopt our foster child. We signed contract, paid retainer, and everything was fine in the beginning. After a while, he was very difficult to contact (phone, text, email). He specifically told us throughout the process... that he was attending the court hearings for his own information. He suggested not filing for standing so in essence he did no work on our part. Now, he won't refund the retainer or respond to communication from us or from the San Antonio Bar Association.

Dennis came highly recommended When our daughter in law left before she gave birth to our grandchild. We were told she was living on the street with the new born. When we found her , Dennis was able to get the correct paperwork to the right people and by the end of the day we had our grand baby off ...the street. He was calm and talked us through the process . It was a very tense day. He met our family at the hospital and assisted us in getting our baby home safe. Amazing day. So thankful he was there with us.

Do not hire this lawyer. He did nothing to help us get our nephew back after CPS took him under false pretenses.. He basically, just played ring around the rosy with us and our money. He does not return phone calls. We lost our nephew to non-family members due to his inability to fight our case. He r...elied solely on the child's lawyer to help him win the case but he did nothing but take our retainer fee. Sadly, we may never see our nephew again. So, do not hire Mr. Dennis L. Moreno for your own sake unless you just rather throw money away.

I cannot express the absolute professionalism that Dennis exhibits in and out of the courtroom. He is extraordinary during trial as he conveys his case with ease and passion. His incredible knowledge of the law is displayed consistently throughout trial. He takes the time to keep his client and any... and all family members current on the happenings throughout trial. Words cannot express the gratitude my family has for all his hard work and efforts. The verdict is yet to come for my case but I am comforted that he gave my case his full attention and conveyed all the facts of my case in a positive and powerful manner.
