This guy is Terrible as an Amicus Attorney, He gave my Son no consideration as to his request to live with me. He Lied and discredited my son and myself to the court. Instead of stating truths he gave his opinion which was way off track. Stay away from this guy if you value your family. My Son i...s 14yrs old and he stated he was too immature to decide where he wanted to live. He was appointed by the court and seemed like a nice concerned guy when we met him. But he only spent 1 hour with me and my son over a 8 month period. Terrible work ethic and no morals.

Will not return calls. Family emergency, catching up on work and his phone broken is my favorite excuse. His secretary has all the excuses and has repeatedly tells us the same thing over and over. Months have gone bye. Do not hire him. I feel like I was taken advantage of my broken heart. He tells th...e District Attorney what you have and now the case have been postponed for months. Don’t know what to do.

Dennis was recommended to us by another attorney involved in our CPS case trying to adopt our foster child. We signed contract, paid retainer, and everything was fine in the beginning. After a while, he was very difficult to contact (phone, text, email). He specifically told us throughout the process... that he was attending the court hearings for his own information. He suggested not filing for standing so in essence he did no work on our part. Now, he won't refund the retainer or respond to communication from us or from the San Antonio Bar Association.

I hired Dennis in a CPS case that involved my grandchildren. He came highly recommended by a friend /attorney. My case with CPS was very ugly from start to end and I thank Dennis deerly for being patient, having great knowledge and experience in dealing with CPS. He has a long history with CPS cas...es and I strongly recommend him. After a lengthy battle, we were successful and I was able to get my grandsons back in my home after being in foster care for over a year. It was one of those unfortunate cases where the "attorney ad litem" was not out for the best interest of the children, it had become a personal vendetta. Dennis stayed on course and remained professional despite the circumstances surrounding the case. I strongly recommend Dennis for any grandparent that that's in doubt to his or her rights to their grandchildren. Personally, I took for granted that the case worker was giving me accurate info and unfortunately it was wrong . I was never mislead by Dennis but I did gain a great amount of confidence in him as the case grew. Try him, you won't be the least disappointed.
