Roberto F. Ramirez did not represent me to the fullest of his ability or prepare motions, writs, etc in a timely manner instead he asked for extension after extension to get paid by the courts as he was court appointed. He did not see a problem with going to court and losing even if we had case law t...o backup my claims ultimately would have relieved me of ALL the legal issues/and I was facing. I tried to fire him after he denied "my evidence" be presented in a "evidentiary hearing" the judge denied my request and he eventually withdrew himself from my case the week of court. Roberto F. Ramirez will not fight for what is right or the truth.
