Willard William Clark III

Will Clark is a hard-working and aggressive Texas trial lawyer. He prides himself on always putting his clients first and stopping at nothing to make sure they get the results and respect that they deserve. Will has fought against trucking companies, private prisons, large industrial companies, commercial bus lines, the big insurance carriers, and more to get justice for his clients.

Will is a proud member of the Texas Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association, and the Christian Trial Lawyers Association. He is admitted to practice before Texas state courts as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Prior to founding his firm with Jacob Alford, Will worked for a prominent defense litigation firm in Beaumont, for a federal district judge, for the State Office of Administrative Hearings in Austin, and for a high-powered personal injury attorney in Laredo, Texas.

Will Clark was born and raised in Beaumont, Texas, a city known for its industry and for its hard-working residents. Will left Beaumont for an honors program at the University of Texas at Austin. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with degrees in both Economics and Humanities with Special Honors, Will accepted admission into The University of Texas at Austin School of Law, which is consistently ranked as the best law school in Texas and one of the best in the whole country. Will Clark represents plaintiffs across Texas, primarily handling cases of serious personal injury and death.
