Knowlege and Service is terrible at best

I hired the Cordell and Cordell firm because of the commercials the owner runs stating the understand the importance of child custody and asset protection. I was assigned Rachel Sadovsky and her manager Ms. Clepper. My ex wife and I owned two businesses. I explained to Mrs. Sadovsky that our business... had an automatic buyout that was much less than market value. She said we could argue for market value. We got to mediation and the mediator immediately said a judge would force the automatic buyout to take place and not allow time for a market value bid to come in. Rachel immediately agreed with him. This is just one example of the complete 180 degree turns she took. Most of what she told me in our 6 months of conversations did not happen because the mediator said it couldn't and she agreed after telling me for six months it could happen.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
