When I began the process of Guardianship, for my son with Autism, I was TERRIFIED! One of the things you look for when you visit an attorney's office is confidence in their ability to solve or execute your particular task(s). After my father's passing, I went to see Mr. Whitten about the execution of my father's last will and testament. Lacey sat with me for an extended period of t...ime, answered every question, and was quite thorough in his explanations of what we would encounter. I was also pleasantly surprised with the speed and efficency, not only in the tasks at hand, but also in how quickly my emails and phone calls were returned from his office. It was obviously a very trying period and my experience with his law firm helped to relieve some of the anxiety and stress that goes along with the death of a parent.
