Lacey worked with me and my family for over 15 years beginning when our family discovered that my mother, advanced in age, was involved in sending large sums of money to scam artists and lotteries with promises to win millions. Lacey helped us through a heart-breaking time of transition by preservin...g Mom's assets yet giving her the dignity of being able to access a limited, court- ordered, personal account. Lacey guided us through annual court-ordered inventories and any other problems or questions that occasionally surfaced. Lacey was always available to the phone which I appreciated since I did not live in San Antonio though my mother did. Being a guardian-of-the-estate is not an easy task. I'm glad that I had Lacey and his very competent staff to call upon. I could not have done it without them. My mother reached her final reward in December 2017 just three weeks before reaching 102! When I began the process of Guardianship, for my son with Autism, I was TERRIFIED! Lacey was and continues to be the guidance and support which truly made the process something which I was able to understand and able to complete for myself and for my son.
