Edward A. Bartolomei

I trusted my son's case to Mr. Bartolomei and we were not satisfied. He wanted a lot of money upfront and we never felt we were receiving service. He never returned phone calls or text messages. We would ask him to visit with our son in jail and he never did. He set up an appointment to visit with hi...m through a video conference and the system was down so he left. He never bothered to attempt again after that incident. He would reset the case many times without explanation. We never knew what was going on. While his staff is friendly they reported that they deliver his messages regularly. It just always felt that we were a number and not a priority client. On the days we had court he would come and leave the courtroom quickly and leave the court staff wondering when he would be back. After over a year of doing this we hired another attorney. We were impressed when we first met Mr. Bartolomei. He was very social and easy to talk to, but when we saw him at court he was always busy socializing with everyone else and was too busy to talk to our family and my son. He would also always forget his name! If you want quality service, look elsewhere because this man spreads himself too thin and does not deliver.
