Tim was an awesome lawyer, he did a great job with my case. I was pulled over for a DWI, he fought for me for almost a year. He actually got my case from a DWI to an obstruction of highway,which helped my record and punishment tremendously. He was very affordable and always easy to get a hold if when... I had questions. Even after my case was settled he still calls to make sure I have no questions. He is an Awesome man. I would recommend to anyone.

Mr. Rountree is very professional at what he does and is really attentive with his clients. He will respond your questions and concerns as you need. My DWI accusation experience was my first and last, it is very diffucult to go through court's and the whole DWI process with out the right help. I was ...accused of drinking while driving in a town that I didn't live in. I did not agree to do a sobriety test offerd to me by the officer, but agreed to give a blood sample. I was taken in to the downtown jail that night and was released the next day. I found Mr. Rountree that same week after deciding not to put my future in a appointed lawyer. Almost a year later after postponed trials, plus a long wait on my blood results which I had a 0.4 we had our last verdict. In which the state said they did not have sufficient evidence to prove that I was intoxicated.
