Biography
After growing up in Floresville, Texas, Tim studied at Baylor University and Baylor Law School. He graduated with his Bachelor of Arts and his Juris Doctor degrees in 5 years. While at Baylor Law School, Tim was recognized with the Matt Dawson Advocacy Award and the Frank C. McDonald Appellate Procedure Award.
Tim’s first job as a prosecutor taught him how the State of Texas investigates and prosecutes DWI offenses. In 1998, Tim opened up his own law firm focused on criminal defense. He has successfully defended people accused of offenses from D.W.I. to capital murder.
In Tim’s spare time, he stays busy hanging out with his wife and four kids. When he can, he also likes to hunt ducks and quail.

My son's DWI Case
Mr. Roundtree was excellent! He was able to expunge the case for my son. He had a prior alcohol offense on his record, so we were very concerned about that. He was professional, knowledgeable, and worth every penny!
